Danielle has traveled from small towns to big cities on her journey to acquire a diverse set of skills, with the aim of providing the best care to those in need. Early in her career, Danielle was passionate about sports medicine, orthopedic rehabilitation, and the treatment of neurological conditions such as traumatic brain injuries and concussions. She never anticipated delving into the specialty of pelvic health. However, a series of events, including her first pregnancy, skeptical medical advice, and a quest for the right answers, led Danielle to seek the information and skills necessary to ensure the well-being of both herself and her unborn son.
Her journey began with a certification in pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialization, which paved the way for further courses in pelvic health and numerous additional certifications. Over the years, she has successfully helped hundreds of women experiencing pelvic dysfunction. Danielle has not only provided valuable education to her local communities and support groups but has also trained aspiring therapists.
Recognizing a significant gap in awareness, the struggle women face in discovering their options, and the need for more resources for women worldwide, Danielle partnered with Rebecca to create Pelvic Boss—an exercise program designed to aid individuals suffering from pelvic floor dysfunction.

Rebecca owns and leads Holt's Pharmacy, in Tooele, Utah, which she opened in 2014. She previously enjoyed roles as a Pharmacist at Jolley's Compounding Pharmacy in Salt Lake City, Utah, and at Walmart in Draper, Utah. She earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from the University of Utah in 2007 and subsequently completed a Clinical Pharmacy Residency in Family Medicine at Idaho State University. As a dedicated professional, Rebecca actively participates in various organizations, including the National Community Pharmacists Association and the Community Pharmacy Enhanced Services Network.
Rebecca's commitment to patient education and her pursuit of solutions that enhance the quality of life for her patients define her career. Her journey towards pelvic floor wellness began after the birth of her first child when she encountered pelvic floor issues. In her quest for solutions, she sought advice from numerous sources, and while many suggested enduring these issues for a lifetime, a select few offered hope that a better quality of life was possible.
It was through her collaboration with Danielle, a close friend and physical therapist, that Rebecca experienced a profound transformation. In just two weeks of working with Danielle, she noticed significant improvement, and after eight weeks, all her symptoms had vanished. This remarkable change left Rebecca astonished and inspired her to recognize the importance of making this valuable knowledge accessible to more women.
